Products sold by BOARDING MAN are covered under the individual manufacturers’ warranty policies. If your merchandise is defective and you believe it should be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, we can help you through this process.

The type of things that you can expect when dealing with warranty issues in regards to snowboarding equipment.
Warranty Process
- Check the manufacturer’s website to verify the item should be covered.
- Fill out BOARDING MAN Warranty claim e-form.
- Wait for further instruction from us on coverage and return shipping (this step will vary per manufacturer).
- If your merchandise is covered under warranty, we will replace it with the same make and model whenever possible.
- If the item is not available, you will receive a gift card which can be applied to any future order.
